The only Toyota dealership I visited that is not pushy and pressuring buyers. They have plenty of cars inventory you can check. I love the ambience of the place too but they don’t offer something to drink and pressuring buyers. They have plenty of cars inventory you can check. I love the ambience of the place too but they don’t offer something to drink for their customers unless you asked. This should be improved. Thank you Tim and Lee for a smooth buying process. One thing I was worried about, my salesperson did not walked me through the key parts, features and specifications of the vehicle . Failed to show the engine ,tire condition and interior features that the other dealership salesman usually do when I am inquiring .I checked it my self the outer part and asked few questions which he answered but the engine was not shown to me. I am expecting he will walk me through with the vehicle after I purchased my car ,maybe because it was freezing outside? I just realized this a day after I got my car and I totally forgot to asked him to walk me through . Now I am worried I missed something and will give me trouble in the future. More
