Trisha immediately recognized that I was searching for a new truck. She listened to my needs and expectations in purchasing, found the perfect trucks matching my preferences and stuck with me. She followed up well with additional information both prior to the purchase and post sale when I needed to have a minor warranty issued taken care of. When I returned for my service appointment, the service team went above expectations by taking a replacement part from another vehicle to save me a return visit.
