Hi, my name is Tim Pelletier, better known at Gates of Granger as “ Tim P”. I spent six years here at Gates of Granger from 2015-2021. I recently returned due to missing my time working with customers here in the store. My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th anniversary. We have four boys. One son is married and they have given us two beautiful grand daughters. I love board games during the holidays, spending time with family and friends. Tim went above and beyond with making sure I found the perfect vehicle, which was no easy task since I didn’t even know what I wanted. He was patient and showed us numerous cars at numerous lots over the perfect vehicle, which was no easy task since I didn’t even know what I wanted. He was patient and showed us numerous cars at numerous lots over the few weeks we were looking. Never did I feel pressured to buy or feel I was being too slow or picky. He knew our intentions were to find something that would fit our needs for several years to come and that I find the car buying process stressful. When we finally made the purchase, he and Sean stayed past closing to ensure we had the car that night. Sean didn’t rush through the lending process even though it was late. He gave us the great customer service I believe he gives everyone. Our family has purchased three vehicles through Tim and we will definitely recommend him to everyone we know. The time that I spent with them not only on the phone but in person was impeccable. Not only was Austin a wonderful Voice on the phone but he also set me up with Tim when he was not in. I had big troubles before six months of owning with no real help to fixing or getting me into another vehicle. Honestly they tried to put me in a jeep that has many reported issues for a much higher price real help to fixing or getting me into another vehicle. Even if a vehicle is used, you should replace parts with issues before resale!! More
