I normally DREAD car shopping , just walking on a lot raises my stress level in anticipation of a LONG day of my husband's negotiations with the typically rigid car salespeople. From the minute we were greeted by Tim until the moment we signed financial papers with Xan this was by far the most non stressful, pleasant dealership we've ever dealt with in 50 yrs of car purchasing. It's obvious the team members get along well making it a pleasurable environment. They didn't force us to haggle & offered us a trade in value that FAR exceeded our expectations. We'd intended on visiting 3 different dealerships to test drive different cars but never left the lot because of the fantastic customer service we received, even being served an ice cream sandwich!!! We very highly recommend this dealership and will be pleased to get our service here as well as future trade in/sales.
