When the car we wanted wasn't available on his lot he helped us find one quickly elsewhere in New England as we were on a very tight schedule to get the car in time for my daughter to start work. There was no pressure at all from Tim to choose a car on his lot versus find one elsewhere and we appreciated that. He made the transaction very simple and we accomplished all of our goals.
