We were looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle to replace it, and wanted it to be a new car instead of used. We researched many makes and models and found a brand new Accord for a great price at Honda barn. We went in and met with Tim Raymond who was extremely friendly and professional, and got a test drive. We weren’t blown away by the car, it just wasn’t everything we wanted, but the price was too good to pass up. As Tim went to find out what colors were available, our kids (8 & 10) were checking out a CRV that was in the showroom. They were super excited about it, and convinced us to check it out. My wife and I were immediately interested, and when Tim came back, we asked if we could take one for a test drive. Honestly, we didn’t even take it out of the parking lot. We fell in love. It had everything we wanted and more, and the base price was only a few thousand more than the Accord, so we went with it! Tim was very helpful and friendly, and put ZERO pressure on us to do anything! He even sold us on a paint/fabric protection system and extended warranty that barely affected our monthly payment, but will keep our CRV looking and running like new for many years to come. Again, no pressure, but he helped us to realize that protecting our investment was worth a few extra bucks a month. Also, our kids were not treated like an annoyance. They are pretty well behaved, but of course they were excited about all the new cars and such, but everybody we interacted with treated them with the same respect that my wife and I were given. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience, by far the best visit we have ever made to a car dealership. We plan on coming back the next time we need to get another vehicle. More

Another wonderful experience! My 2016 Honda Fit (Fitzy) was flooded during Winter Storm Grayson. Insurance deemed my almost brand new car a total loss, I was heartbroken. I had pur My 2016 Honda Fit (Fitzy) was flooded during Winter Storm Grayson. Insurance deemed my almost brand new car a total loss, I was heartbroken. I had purchased the car through Honda Barn only about a year and a half ago and loved this car. I had such an easy, seamless and great experience when I bought my Fit and knew they had to be my first stop to find a replacement. I called Tim Raymond at the dealership, explained what happened and an hour later I was at his desk. Tim was awesome, I told him what I was looking for and what price range I was in for payments. He went over a few options (I liked what I was hearing) and then we test drove a few. I fell in love with the HRV. I had a few things to work out with my insurance company regarding my total loss and let Tim know I might have to wait a few days to purchase. Tim was really understanding and there was no pressure at all to purchase that day. I told him I’d follow up with him in a few days. Once everything was squared away with insurance I called Tim and he got the ball rolling with finance options, and always got back in touch with me with updates. I explained to Tim that I couldn’t take the car home yet since my old car was still taking up a spot in my driveway waiting to be towed. Again no pressure at all, and I could come down whenever I was ready. A few days passed and I went to the dealership with my down payment and back filled out paperwork when I was ready. Eric in finance was very thorough in going over the details of my paperwork, agreements and payment plan and I’m so thankful for that as that part of car buying can be intimidating. Eric explained everything and I didn’t feel rushed at all. My old car still hadn’t been towed so Tim said it’s okay, we’ll get the car all cleaned up and ready for you and you can come pick up when you can. Honestly, I will never buy another car from any other dealership. Tim and Eric are fantastic to work with and I rave about Honda Barn to all of my friends and family. Its unfortunate that my old car was flooded and I’ll miss her, but Honda Barn saved the day and I LOVE my new HRV!! More
