We went there because friends of ours raved about their service department. Tim Raymond our salesman got us up and running quickly. We're in our 80's and don't learn as quickly as we used to. This car has way more bells and whistles than we've ever had. But when we picked up the car, Tim Raymond spent the morning with us, teaching patiently and answering our questions . Since then we've been back twice, and Tim always makes us feel not just welcome,but that it's no trouble at all.What a guy! More

258K Miles - 15 Years Later (and a new CRV) Originally, we purchased our first brand new Honda CRV in 2002. At the time, we weren't brand loyal to any specific car but did our research diligentl Originally, we purchased our first brand new Honda CRV in 2002. At the time, we weren't brand loyal to any specific car but did our research diligently and test drove several different cars in its class. When we arrived at the Honda Barn we explained this to the assigned salesman, Tim Raymond. Tim acknowledged that we did our research and treated us with the utmost respect for having done so. Perhaps at that time we made his job easier because this Brand/Model was a standout amongst the competition. He only needed to reinforce what we learned through our research. We left the dealership one day later with a 2002 Honda CRV EX and within 3 months moved to FL. It would be a disservice to not mentioned that our experience with Tim Raymond was a pleasure and so natural - a complete breath of fresh air compared to so many other lack luster experiences at various other dealerships. No pressure. No high pitches sales. Just an honest, hard working salesman wanting to do the best job for his clients. A win-win! Over the years we visited from FL and on occasion stopped in to see Tim. We moved back a few years ago and stopped by to see him touting "we still have the same CRV you sold us in 2002!" Fast forward 15 years to August 2017 and our (same) 2002 Honda CRV was still going with 258K+ miles, albeit she was starting to show signs of wanting to retire. We decided to grant her wish! Off to the Honda Barn and to track down Tim Raymond. Meeting with Tim and testing driving cars was Deja Vu. I think we even mapped the same test drive as the one way back in 2002 (LOL). While living in FL, we purchased other secondary cars after the '02 but hadn't purchased new and were concerned about having a car payment again. Tim was patient with us as we debated new vs used. After sleeping on it for a night, we took the plunge and couldn't be happier! We are now the proud owners of a sparkling, brand new 2017 Honda CRV EX! Being back in the care of our salesperson, Tim Raymond, made this new car purchase second to none all over again! Thank you Tim! More

I bought a new car!!!!!! I went to the dealer thinking I was just looking and hoping that I would get financing. Within 20 minutes I was approved. At that point they handed I went to the dealer thinking I was just looking and hoping that I would get financing. Within 20 minutes I was approved. At that point they handed my a box and I started transferring all my things from my old car to my new one. It was the best experience I think I've ever had. Thanks Honda Barn More
