I always walk away feeling satisfied that I received a fair deal and a quality vehicle. A number of years ago I made the mistake of going to another dealer. They promised me a certain vehicle at a certain price but then couldn't deliver. I was extremely frustrated and angry. I went to Tim and he worked a deal and got me the car I wanted. I haven't gone elsewhere since. As a customer, all I ask for is a fair deal, courteous and friendly staff, and a quality product. I get that with the Tim Raymond and the Honda Barn! More

I have dealt with the service department with my last 4 Honda's and for the most part I am always pleased, other than the dirty windshield when they wash my car after services.
