Buying my “new-to-me” Honda Pilot was the easiest I have ever experienced in buying a new vehicle from any dealership, ever; not to mention the quicke Buying my “new-to-me” Honda Pilot was the easiest I have ever experienced in buying a new vehicle from any dealership, ever; not to mention the quickest process I have ever experienced. I had already done my own shopping & research online and knew exactly what I wanted, but I always have and it still usually took 3-4 hours. At Rock County Honda, it only took a little more than an hour-test drive to walking out the door with the keys to my new-ish Pilot. Not a single person was pushy. Rocio was my salesperson and the sweetest, most cheerful young lady to work with; very responsive & helpful! The sales manager, Tim, was very pleasant & professional when he introduced himself & made sure I was being taken care of. Kirby, the finance manager, was friendly & knowledgeable and had all the paperwork done quickly & efficiently. Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.
