Purchased a used Jeep July 2026, Paperwork was smooth. Upon leaving a small crack was noticed on the windshield, sales person stated he would speak to service manager and get back with us, this took 4 day Upon leaving a small crack was noticed on the windshield, sales person stated he would speak to service manager and get back with us, this took 4 days when we finally called dealership to inquire. When windshield was being repaired a big dash was discovered of the front right tire, upon further discovery noticed that the wheel had been repairs (painted) on right side. Called sales rep, sent over a picture of the tire will no response, husband called after 3 days with no response. Again was told would have to speak to sales manager. No response after 3 more days. I spoke with Sales Rep Jordan he said per the Sales manager there was nothing that could be done on their end. I bought my first Jeep from here as Liberty and it has 220K and still going. I will not purchase another Jeep from Valley in the future. More
