Timely responses and quick repairs I bought my first car Faulkner Toyota from Tim Pinkerton and John Hogan. I had a wonderful experience and worked with me to get a good deal. But a rec I bought my first car Faulkner Toyota from Tim Pinkerton and John Hogan. I had a wonderful experience and worked with me to get a good deal. But a recommendation I would have for the finance dept is not to run the customers credit on mutiple banks and so I have a lot of credit report which does not look good. A week before, my car was rear ended and I took to the Collision Center. Howard Polk, the estimator did an awesome job fixing my car. He updated me constantly and got me back my car in 5 days. The staff, Amanda was also very friendly and gave me proper information. I would go back to Faulkner if I ever think of getting another new car. More
