I had a positive experience with my salesperson, Tim, but once the transaction moved beyond him, the overall experience became frustrating and disappointing. I was under the impression that the dealership was giving me $19,300 for my Honda. While the paperwork was still being processed, I made an additional payment on the Honda. When I later contacted Honda Financial, I was told that only the remaining loan balance had been paid off. I have not received reimbursement or a clear explanation regarding the additional payment. I also had to return to sign a revised lease because the original agreement was not approved. It then took several days to receive the paperwork needed for my plates, and no one clearly confirmed that the revised lease had been approved. The final issue involved the bed cover included with the deal. After three unsuccessful installation attempts, I called the dealership to ask whether I was doing something incorrectly. I was told to bring the truck and cover in so they could look at it. No appointment requirement or installation charge was mentioned. After driving there, I was told there would be a $195 installation fee. When I explained that I had only come because I was told to bring it in, the employee at the service desk was condescending and dismissive. I was not expecting free installation—I was simply asking for basic guidance and clarification. Instead, I felt as though I was treated like an inconvenience immediately after signing a new lease with the dealership. I believe I received a competitive price on the truck, and Tim was helpful, but a good deal does not excuse poor communication, paperwork confusion, and disrespectful customer service after the sale. Based on the overall experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
