He studied Computer Science at Northwest Shoals, combining his technical knowledge with his passion for customer service. Outside of work, Timothy enjoys gaming when he's not helping customers find their perfect vehicle. His favorite part of the job? This location is a hidden gem. We stopped at a different Ford location before this location. This staff were easy going. The process was streamlined and just less than two hours.
