Then we went through financing and got me the best deal available. A few days later I had a chance to get back up there and Tina had it all ready for me. Tony came over to make sure that I was taken care. I was given a quick tour of the service area and introduction to the service manager. So I know what to do when I bring the car in for service. Friendly Service and Caring Staff Going in, I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted car wise. Tina Andrews took the time to listen to what I planned on using the car for, my price range Going in, I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted car wise. Tina Andrews took the time to listen to what I planned on using the car for, my price range, and what I wanted in a car. She showed me several models and I test drove one of them, and she even took the time to show me how to back up into a parking space with the rear view camera. Tina was super polite and didn’t treat me any different than other customer even though I had to come in with my work clothes on. She also let me take home pamphlets on the car I was interested in, the Soul, so I could think through my decision and really make sure I got the car I wanted. Her attention to detail and respectfully caring demeanor has assured that I will do all my car shopping with her from here on out. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Tina Andrews if you want a respectful and caring employee to work with at a clean and pleasant dealership. More
