We worked with Tina Diaz and her team this weekend and they helped us land the perfect car. The day started with a lot of the usual car dealership runaround and sales tactics. We spent almost 4 hours of our day getting strung along at another Kia dealership earlier in the day and they were more concerned about how much they could tack onto the price than hearing our needs as a customer and making the sale. Once we got home, disappointed and almost giving up, my wife decided to reach out to other dealerships in the area. Tina and her team were quick to contact us via text and were ready to hear our needs. Within no time they had a great quote on a better vehicle than we had been looking at earlier. We raced down to the dealership and with little hassle were already signing the paperwork. No pushy sales tactics, no runaround. Just pleasant service and great professionalism. When its time to start looking for our next vehicle, we will definitely be stopping here first! More
