Service was poor, the advisor RT Ives was abrupt/rude when checking in with an appointment although Tracy was very accommodating to work me in when originally was told they cant service my dead car until when checking in with an appointment although Tracy was very accommodating to work me in when originally was told they cant service my dead car until January! That's 4 months out unless it was for an oil change! Yikes! The service has gone down hill, it took 3 days to service my car for a dead battery, then they tried to state that I needed new brakes when I just had an inspection that passed a month before and they had already replaced my brakes 1 year previously at their service department! But they had no problem with calling my husbands phone 2 times a day to buy my car with its low mileage! Don't trust this dealership! More
