Porsche North Houston is by far the most unprofessional dealership out there. When I wanted to buy a 911 4S - they told me there was a waiting list and I could get on it. I was able to find another dealers dealership out there. When I wanted to buy a 911 4S - they told me there was a waiting list and I could get on it. I was able to find another dealership (Momentum Porsche) that had a build allocation and was able to build/buy my car. Two days later they call me (Luis Ramirez & Ace) and tells me they magically now have a build allocation - guess they found out I was a serious buyer. Porsche North touts itself as a dealership where Porsche owners can go and ask Cor help / send their car for Sevice. However 1 day after I bought my car, when I had a question on my Porsche Connect - I went to the dealership to ask for their help which would have taken them 15min and they refused to help me and asked me to get an appointment. The reason they gave me was I did not buy my car from them —- when in fact they were the ones that tried playing games with me. I would not recommend them to anyone and would tell anyone that if you are in the market for a 911 then make the trek to Momentum Porsche. Porsche North Houston has lost a customer for life. And by the way I am now a proud owner of 911 4S that was built drama free by Momentum Porsche. More
