One of the worst places in the world. I wouldn't recommend the service dept. to anyone. Go elsewhere to buy and service a vehicle. 2017 Kia sorento. One of the worse experience I've had in my 55 yrs. of life. Highly dissatisfied. Not sure if they hire top rated mechanics here. From the Weekly Receptionist, to the Sales District Manager Willi, that service center need to be revamped. Kia Coporate office need to visit this awful service center real soon. Was just there this Sunday 2/27/22. And observed and another very unhappy customer, that was waiting to here from a manager before she left with her vehicle. My car was there since 11/27 needing a motor. Finally they motor came in on Wednesday, I was contacted by the service guy Rios that my car was finished on Saturday 2/26/22/ He stated "The mechanic test drove it, and checked out everything, and it was ready to go". I told him I would be there on Sunday to pick it up because I was working at the time of his call. He gave me the thumbs up on the pick date. I got there to pick up my vehicle and he took them 30 minutes to find it. Then the service lady had to find jumper cables to jump start my car, when she brought it to me if was filthy dirty, and months of being there. A light on the console was broken out, my grandson's ninetendo switch was missing and it was stored up under the seat, out of plan sight. My friend who accompanied me to pick up my car. Shut the car off on the lot and it wouldn't start back up. The weekend manager and to re-jump my car and stated that it was my battery and my concern, not theirs. He was going to jump start it one more time, but if I shut it off once more, he would not jump start it again. I had just purchased a new battery in August of 16, 2021... I wish I could give negative stars right about now. More

Couldn’t have been less turned off w this dealership. It’s like no one cared to sell me a car. Salesman Tito was dismissive and lied to my face serval times. My experience was so awesome the last time I was here that I returned and purchased another vehicle. My cousin was ready to purchase her first car so I brought her to Kia of Carson. I requested Tito to b that I returned and purchased another vehicle. My cousin was ready to purchase her first car so I brought her to Kia of Carson. I requested Tito to be her salesman since he went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase last month. She's extremely happy! I will be referring friends and family. More
