I contacted D&M because I was looking for a newer vehicle to replace my 2014 Chevy Equinox. My parents had used D&M and Tobin and were very happy with both the vehicle they got and Tobin's service. We further refined my choices over a few days, and by the next week, he delivered my new 2018 Nissan Rogue personally to me in Houston, where I live. This was above and beyond for me because I had expected just to get assigned a local Houston agent and gone that way, but Tobin handled it all and at no extra cost! That is the kind of customer service I wish was more prevalent today! More
