We had some unpleasant experiences with our local dealerships; it was nice to see that customer service is not a thing of the past. Our salesman Mike Tweedy couldn’t have been any nicer, we didn’t get the high pressure method that salesman are notorious for. Everyone we talked to took the time to explain everything and we didn’t feel like you were trying to pull a fast one on us. I’ve been recommending your dealership to everyone I know. When it is time to purchase another vehicle we will be asking for Mike Tweedy. Please make sure you show this letter to your owner, you have changed my cynical attitude about some dealerships. Our next surprise was to come to the realization that a new car was a wiser purchase than a used vehicle. Since the implementation of the "Cash for Clunkers" program, used cars have been priced much too high. Apple Valley Ford Lincoln offered us a new car at the right price. We are very satisfied with our purchase of a 2012 Escape SUV. More
