Todd is the Great Grandson and Grandson of our founders W.O. Beardmore and Meade Beardmore. Todd's father Carlos (Carly) Beardmore and his uncle Maurice (Moe) Beardmore were partners from the 50's through the mid 80's. Todd's first cousin Carrie Beardmore Hamilton and Brian Hamilton own the dealership. Todd moved to Bellevue in 1970 with his family when he was 10 and has lived in the surrounding area and the community ever since. Todd is married to his wife Kelly and has two children, Ryan and Carle'. Todd enjoys spending time with family and friends. On weekends Todd enjoys playing guitar with a local cover band. If you are a masochist, and if you crave abuse. ..buy from Beardmore. Here's why: (1) they misrepresent their vehicles (2) they promise services that they don't provide (3) they don't respond, in an ..buy from Beardmore. Here's why: (1) they misrepresent their vehicles (2) they promise services that they don't provide (3) they don't respond, in any way, to complaints and service issues. I purchased a "new" Crosstrek. However, when I went picked it up and finalized the deal, the odometer showed several hundred miles. I later found a receipt in the glovebox that showed that my "new" car had been used as a loaner. The salesman gave me a tour of the "wonderful" service department and told me that they would provide me with a courtesy vehicle when I brought my car in for service. Well, when I brought my car in for service, I found that those courtesy cars don't exist. But wait; there's more: I took the car in for an oil/filter at 6 months. I asked how long it would take. The young woman who checked me in said she didn't know and escorted me to the waiting room. THREE AND ONE-HALF HOURS later, they told me my car was ready. I'll repeat that: 3 1/2 hours. And I had an appointment. Finally, at check-in, they asked me if I would like my car washed. I said yes. But...you guessed it...when my car was finally ready...it was still dirty. I tracked down someone and asked why it wasn't washed. His reply: 'we're really busy, but if you want to wait, we'll try to get to it..but might be a couple hours. When I got home, I called the dealership for an explaination. Nothing! I sent a polite emailed to the dealership. Nothing! So, if you want to get screwed around, if you don't have a life, and if you love to deal with low-lifes, by all means, buy a car from Beardmore Subaru. By the way, I value my time, and I don't deal with bottom-feeders, so I never went back. All subsequent services were done by another dealership, And when my lease ended, guess who did not sell me another car. One final note: I've had my Crosstrek service time at that other, customer-conscious dealership six time. Five times for oil/filter/engine check/tire rotation. And once for an electrical-system recall. The wait time for the recall was less than an hour. The routine oil/filter wait time has always been less than 20 minutes. More

The service was friendly. I wanted to make the sale happen that day, and several members stayed late to help me make that happen. Fantastic experience! I cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment, care and assistance from Todd Beardmore. We felt as if we were the only people in the dealership with the customer service that he provided to us. He is such a positive and friendly man. We have told all of our friends about the exceptional customer service that we have recieved from Todd and the team at Beardmore Chevrolet. There are other Chevy dealers in the area but the individual attention and friendly (not pushy) treatment of the Beardmore team is terrific. I work in a customer service field and so am very particular about the service I receive - ok I am downright pickey! We have purchased two cars from Todd in the past 4 months and will return again to deal with him. When you walk around the dealership with Todd he has a smile and positive word for everyone. There were others that we dealt with but Dale is the other stand out for us. We were there 4 months ago and Dale has been wonderful, patient and encouraging. He knew of some of our past financial challenges and yet did not judge us and encouraged us. When there Saturday he was almost like a proud parent sharing with us the progress we were making in our credit scores. After finding myself in need of a car, I started searching around for a used car in the 50000 mile range. Several of the dealerships just wanted to dump anything in my lap. Superior Honda was the worst. After searching the internet, I found a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5s with 43000 miles on it. When I showed up at the dealership, I meet Todd Beardmore. He was very friendly and took the time to get to know me a little first, without any sales pressure. I found the visit very friendly and personal. The car was exception with all documentation and several bonus upgrades and services provided by the dealership. The price was a couple thousand more then I wanted to pay. In retrospect, looking at the condition of the car and the extras that the dealership provided, it was a great buy. They were very easy to deal with, and while it is their job to up sale, they never tried to pressure me in to extras. Now the real bonus offered from buying from them. The car went through an extensive examination process. Everything was checked for wear and service needs. I picked the car up Thursday night and drove it home, it was 12 degrees then. The next morning I went out to start the car, for my trip to work. It would not start. The battery had gone bad (reached it service life). Now the car was sold as is (being used). I called the dealership at 7:30 and asked for service. I reached Darrell in service; I explained the issue and said I needed to get to work. Darrell was very understanding and said he would take care of it. Now here is where Beardmore shines. Darrell sent a driver to pick me up and I was at work by 8:30, they sent a tow truck to pick the car up. The battery was replaced (at no charge) and the car was delivered to me before I got of work. They never tried to surk there reasonability and made sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. While I think the bad battery should have been caught in inspection, in all fairness it had been very warm before I got it and the 12 degrees was the killer. The positive point is, when Beardmore was contacted about it, they never hesitated to make it right. They did not try and charge me a penny to fix the issue and get me the car back. I have bought a lot of cars over the years form many dealerships. This is one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. As one who does not look forward to car shopping, I was pleasantly surprised by how positive my experience at Beardmore was. It helped that we were able to deal directly with an experienced dealer who bea pleasantly surprised by how positive my experience at Beardmore was. It helped that we were able to deal directly with an experienced dealer who bears the dealership's name,but I would imagine his approach was the norm at this location. Todd Beardmore was friendly, knowledgeable, interested, and easy to work with. He let US determine the kind of vehicle would meet our needs, rather than the other way around. Therefore, we found a car that really is good for us. He negotiated a fair trade on my old vehicle, and was never pushy or off-putting. And finally, he took the time to follow up and congratulate us on our choice. I would recommend Beardmore to anybody, and I hope we can continue to do business together in the future. More

I want to thank Todd, Royce, and Mike from Beardmore Chevrolet!! This was my very first experience buying a new vehicle and they guided me through the process, and thoroughly explained every detail of Chevrolet!! I had to drive almost 5 hours to reach this dealership, I drove past countless other dealers on the way, none of whom worked with me on finding the exact vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.
