I started in the car business in 1992 while studying finance at Bowling Green State University. I was working at a men's clothing store and was attempting to make a shoe sale to the sales manager at Brown Honda who had a difficult schedule and could never find time to make it into the store. I decided to visit him at his place of business and after making the sale, he asked me to sell cars. He agreed to work around my school schedule and I successfully sold Honda's for 3 years until I graduated in 1995. Upon graduation, I decided I was going to become a stock broker with Merrill Lynch, until our dealer principal made me a more attractive offer to be the sales manager at their Mazda store, and I was hooked! I have been the GM/Partner at MB of OKC since November of 2014. I live in Edmond with my wife and my daughter attends college at UC Boulder. I enjoy cycling, working out, golfing, movies, fine dining, and spending time with my family.

My first Mercedes purchase was flawless I worked with Jeremy amongst others when purchasing a used C300 Sport and couldn't have been more happy with the overall experience. My husband and I were in negotiations with Andy Mills for almost 2 weeks, when we had agreed upon a price. We had sent him our deposit to hold the car and all of the paperwork that goes along with it. A coup almost 2 weeks, when we had agreed upon a price. We had sent him our deposit to hold the car and all of the paperwork that goes along with it. A couple hours after sending our information, Andy Mills calls us and tells us he will not honor that deal. We have emails and many text messages that Andy had given us this price multiple times over 2 weeks. We then asked to speak with his manager , Jeff Trebbien. He let us know Andy was mistaken and they couldn’t honor the deal because it was “too good of a deal”. But we had messages from Andy saying, the GSM was aware of the low offer and was still going to honor it . We then asked to speak with the GSM, Randy Bednar. Randy insulted my husband’s intelligence in asking him why we would believe that price was real. When you have messages stating that price every day for 2 weeks, why would we think that was incorrect ? He also insulted my husbands integrity accusing him of stealing from their dealership. My family has purchased several Mercedes over the years and I cannot stress enough how terrible this dealership is . They are full of false promises and terrible customer service . They will lie to you and they will take advantage of you. They should have done what was right and honored the deal they had given us for 2 weeks, but instead blamed us, the customer , and supported their employees fraudulent negotiation. Please do not waste your time or money with this dealership. More
