You're better off burning your money I purchased a used F-150 from this dealership. 700 miles later I conduct an oil change and find pieces of the engine coming apart in the oil pan. Af I purchased a used F-150 from this dealership. 700 miles later I conduct an oil change and find pieces of the engine coming apart in the oil pan. After contacting them, they told me quote "That's the risk you take when you buy a high-mileage vehicle. You drove it home didn't you?" The truck died the same day from engine failure. The truck was presented and sold to me as in good working order. There is no way the mechanic there who did the oil change and servicing of the truck did not notice what was going on. Do not buy from people that take advantage of others and are disreputable salesmen. People who told me to: "Ship it back to us on your own dime, I'll get you some quotes on how much we can fix it for", then never contact me again because they already got my money. More

I recognize there are pressures upon the salesperson to meet sales quotas, and so I'll seek another person if the first salesperson is applying too much pressure or speaking false. I was very lucky to speak with Todd Brown, and he calmly worked with me to search for and acquire the right vehicle to fit our needs, which happened to be in the Seattle area. While driving back from camping, the check engine light came on. The maintenance crew found a rock stuck in the primary radiator. They took a picture and sent it to me to prove what the issue was. Shawn Wabeke, Doug Butler, and Abel Valenzuela of the maintenance group were very professional and courteous making sure I had transportation, at no cost to me, to get back and forth to work while they interfaced with the insurance company to get the radiator replaced. A lengthy review, but from the purchasing to finance, and through maintenance, this has been a very good experience for me. More
