Our experience with Jim Norton was very positive! Tony knew exactly what we were looking for, and was quick about finding our car for us. We really like the car, but we were so impressed by how well every knew exactly what we were looking for, and was quick about finding our car for us. Sales was great! Finance was terrible. Very pushy and lots of double talk. Now I can’t get my warranty cancelled. I haven’t heard anything back in over a week. I bought a truck in the beginning of September. First, they failed to produce a title within 30 days. Then, they made a deal with my bank behind my back which ended in me overpaying Jim Norton my first mo they failed to produce a title within 30 days. Then, they made a deal with my bank behind my back which ended in me overpaying Jim Norton my first months payment by $30. I still have not received the $30 refund. I have spoken directly with the finance manager, Todd, on more than one occasion and they still have yet to send me a $30 check, even after telling me they would. This has been going on for weeks. I will not be returning for my next purchase. More

Brandon was fantastic! He made sure i got the car i wanted in the color i wanted. He wasn’t pushy, was knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. However, finance was a nightmare. i had to resign three times and it took almost four months to get my title stuff. i’m still waiting on a check from Norton for the late fees i had to pay, which was apparently being mailed out the week of 07/11.
