I almost gave up on Hyundai‘s due to the Topeka service. It’s just not very good and I was losing confidence in the car. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and r dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and right after I paid was told it would actually have to be done there, the dealership was 2.5 hours from home. I reached out about my vehicle to get this work done and was promised a call back the same day with more information. That call never came. I followed up multiple times over the next nine months for things agreed to when I purchased the car, and each time I was told someone would get back to me shortly—still nothing. They were waiting on a part, so and so wasn't in the office, etc. there was always an excuse. It felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic answers. When I finally did speak with someone, they didn’t have any of the details I had previously asked for and seemed completely unprepared. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. After nine months, numerous phone calls and a new general manager (who was wonderful and the only one who seemed interested in handling this), I was finally able to get my car taken care of... only to have it delivered back to me at the wrong address in a different city. Right on par for how this entire experience went. Glad to finally be done with them. More

Tried to use the app to set my oil and tire rotation since I am not tech savvy didn’t work had a 130 appointment but he was nice and Wes able to get me in at 2 your service guys fast and friendly out i since I am not tech savvy didn’t work had a 130 appointment but he was nice and Wes able to get me in at 2 your service guys fast and friendly out in about a hour then showed me how to use the app properly extremely pleased More

Every time I go to Laird, they are always very friendly and helpful. Daniel and Todd are both so nice and never make me feel like I don’t know something like other dealerships can. Service department is great but after buying 4 or 5 cars there the sales department is drastically worse. The process is now pressuring and not a straight forward experience. It appears that they are going there the sales department is drastically worse. The process is now pressuring and not a straight forward experience. It appears that they are going for the one time sale and not wanting to continue with long term sales. Sales wants to close the deal and quickly and get the customer out the door. A very negative experience compared to my previous 10 years buying cars there. More
