Unbelievable Experience My experience started a few weeks prior to my purchase of a used vehicle as my daughter bought her first car, a 2017 Chevy Cruze Premier from Luther H My experience started a few weeks prior to my purchase of a used vehicle as my daughter bought her first car, a 2017 Chevy Cruze Premier from Luther Hudson. My daughter and I both worked with William Sames who handled my daughter and her nervousness very well, sitting down with her to understand what was important to her in a car and then matching options they had available. The experience was fantastic. Fast forward a few weeks, my wife and I decided that it made sense to look at getting a newer vehicle for me as my 2010 Impala, bought from Luther Hudson, had 200,000+ miles. I did a lot of research on line and selected a 2017 Cruze. I contacted William to get the process started and told him I would be in on Thursday to sign papers and complete the transaction. Tonight when I arrived at the Dealership, everyone welcomed us to the dealership. William was not at the Dealership as he was caught in traffic get back from training. Todd Marcotte stepped in and helped us until William was able to return. I explained to Todd that we had the Cruze lined up to be purchased, but we wanted to drive it before signing. Not a problem. Next I threw a curve ball into the whole process. I had received an e-mail from Luther Hudson spotlighting a 2016 Malibu Limited. Being a bigger guy, I asked Todd if it would be possible to drive the Malibu. Absolutely. When we returned, William was there and I told him that I had an interest in the Malibu. I wasn't sure how he would react or how others in the dealership would react as the Cruze was detailed and ready for delivery, to me. Right away, William helped us go through the features of the Malibu, compared them to the Cruze and answered all of our questions. All of the paperwork had to be re-worked but not one person was upset. Everyone was there to make sure that we purchased a vehicle that would best fit our needs down the road. We left the dealership with the Malibu, smiles on our faces and another fantastic experience at Luther Hudson. If you're looking for a different vehicle, stop in, ask for William and you will not regret your decision. -Shawn Miller More

Amazing!! We love Luther hudson!!! We knew we wanted a new SUV, and even though we recently moved an hour away, it didn't stop us from making the drive to visit We love Luther hudson!!! We knew we wanted a new SUV, and even though we recently moved an hour away, it didn't stop us from making the drive to visit and take a peak!! Todd was right there to greet us, even though my husband hates that, and he answered all of our quirky questions and found exactly what we wanted! (Including the #1- a heated steering wheel) 😁 Any questions/concerns we had Todd was able to help out!! The kids love coming too because that means endless popcorn, which is always a hit!!! I can't say thank you enough!!! More

Nice, Honest, Friendly Car Buying Experience Justin was an easy going, no pressure salesman. He was honest and upfront with what he knew about the car (non Chevy trade-in). I liked that he wasn Justin was an easy going, no pressure salesman. He was honest and upfront with what he knew about the car (non Chevy trade-in). I liked that he wasn’t trying to “sell” us on the car or their product. Due to the busy day, there were two small snafus 1) Justin had another waiting customer that returned from lunch and 2) he was unaware that there was another couple who was considering purchasing the vehicle. We were then passed on to work with Todd, who was also really easy going, honest, and enjoyable to work with. While waiting for the other couple to decide whether to jump the gun, we started the paperwork process. And since we had more time, we were able to connect about different subjects that mattered to us. Todd was able to pressure the other salesman to get a definite response from the other couple and then we were able to move forward. In total, it took us 3 hours on a rather busy day from start to finish. While we were in the business office, Justin learned some safety features of the car and was able to show us some quick neat things about the car before heading out of the lot. If I ever were to buy a Chevy, this is the place I would do it! My husband’s review is: It was good service. Top notch! More
