Salesman and staff were good, but detailing and undercoating was done poorly. The is still a large stain und the front passenger seat that they should have cleaned during full detail process and t undercoating was done poorly. Bought a used truck with low mileage ,the sales staff and finance staff really went the extra mile to make the deal happen, a few days after i bought the truck it broke down and the sales staff and managemen finance staff really went the extra mile to make the deal happen, a few days after i bought the truck it broke down and the sales staff and management were only interested that i bought their warranty(which i did not)and no interest in getting a problem that was obviously a pre existing problem with the truck taken care of, it was very disappointing that they will not stand behind the vehicles they sell if you dont spend thousands extra on their “warranty” More
