Professional but customer service could be better. The reason why I have given the service center a rating of 3 is because I think that their service dept could be better. I did not feel like I was a v The reason why I have given the service center a rating of 3 is because I think that their service dept could be better. I did not feel like I was a valued customer. When I called to have my car repaired, my regular service advisor was unavailable and so I interacted with someone else who I found to be very rude and unprofessional. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I almost took my car to a different dealership because of this interaction. Follow-up response: The general manager, Mr. Gerbick, followed up with me and was able to get the situation resolved. I am very satisfied with my interaction with him and will continue to do business with this dealership. More

Proper Maintenance - Finally I’ve spent 12 months and at least 2k with mechanics who claim to work on Volvo’s, only to find my car worse of than I left it. This is the first time I’ve spent 12 months and at least 2k with mechanics who claim to work on Volvo’s, only to find my car worse of than I left it. This is the first time in a year I have had someone look at my car and it came back repaired. Which Marietta Volvo more than did. My AC compressor needed replacing and a tire shot welded a lug nut to my rim - both of which are labor intensive. The price was fair and my car is genuinely running better than when I dropped it off. I love my car, and they treated it accordingly. I will never send my Volvo anywhere but a dealership ever again. More

Another super job done by all. Took my C30 in because cooling fan would not shut off and drained my battery. Grant called me on Monday and gave me the scope of work and contacted my warranty provider to get me ok to go. Art did another superlative job on the repair and in great time too.
