Satisfactory Completion They had my car towed to their shop. A part they had installed had failed WITHIN the warranty period. They replaced the part and the belt. I did not know the part had failed or that it was even on Volvo to repair/replace. I had to trust them and their forensic repair skills. They earned it. More

Sloppy work The main serpentine belt was not properly put back on after the A/C compressor was replaced. It shredded after driving 233 miles. My car is sitting in The main serpentine belt was not properly put back on after the A/C compressor was replaced. It shredded after driving 233 miles. My car is sitting in my driveway, USELESS. Not only that, a micro brewery sticker was placed on the rear window while in the stewardship of Volvo of Marietta. We are non-drinkers. I had to look up the name of the business to find out what it was. More
