20K maintenance check Great customer service from Todd. He kept us updated on what was going on with our service. We had arranged for a shuttle while our car was being serv Great customer service from Todd. He kept us updated on what was going on with our service. We had arranged for a shuttle while our car was being serviced. However, shuttle driver was not available. Todd kept us updated, After a half hour, Todd let us know shuttle was still not available and telling us that our service would be complete in another 30-45 minutes. So even if the shuttle was available, it would probably not be enough time to go to the mall. More

Buying a great car at a great price and knowing that service crews have the goods when needed are the elements to a good sale. overlook major issue I recently brought my car in for service. My fluids were changed along with a tire rotation. Apparently a major issue was overlooked. My serpentine I recently brought my car in for service. My fluids were changed along with a tire rotation. Apparently a major issue was overlooked. My serpentine belt was in need of repair. While I was driving, it popped and tore, leaving me stranded. I only ask in addition to the inspectors looking for major defective components for repair, don't forget about the small major things such as belts. More
