I recently purchased my GMC Sierra EV entirely online. The salesperson was a bright spot — responsive, easy to work with, and he even sent a video walkthrough of the truck. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is why I can't rate this higher or recommend the dealership. First, they tried to charge me for the delivery cost even though the situation was the result of a mistake on their end. Second, the truck arrived with a broken rear passenger interior door handle cable retainer that was never disclosed to me. GM declined to address it as a warranty issue and I am now on the hook for a $900 repair on a new truck. This is 100% a safety issue, if an emergency situation had arose the rear passenger would not be able to exit the truck.The truck also arrived with a missing exterior trim piece on the roof that also will not be replaced under warranty. On top of that, I was told the tires would be balanced and an alignment performed before delivery. When I took the truck to another dealer, they confirmed the tires were not balanced and the alignment was off — and I have the printout to prove it. Between the undisclosed damage, work that was promised but not actually done, and being pursued for a cost that wasn't my fault, I left without the trust I'd need to send anyone else your way. I do not recommend them. More

Zach and the Malouf sales team searched high and low for a blue Sierra 1500. After a week I got a call saying they located one and it arrived at the dealership the following day. I traded in my 2019 Toyota Tundra and got the GMC Sierra 1500 . The sale and trade went very smooth. No hassles or gimmicks. I felt like part of the family.
