I have never in my entire life dealt with a company that is so.....wonderful! Where do I begin? I have never gotten such good customer service from any company.....ever! Todd Pierce and Benjamin Rodriquez made me (a scruffy kind of guy), feel like the most important person in the world, like I was the President of the United States. I can't believe that the salesman, Todd Pierce, came to my home and picked me up to get my vehicle when they finished looking at it. Simply amazing! I'm dead serious. You guys are great. I have been dealing at Klick_Lewis for over 30 years, for both sales and service. In that time I have never had a transaction that warranted less than 5 stars. I travel over 45 minutes to get there but I fe both sales and service. In that time I have never had a transaction that warranted less than 5 stars. I travel over 45 minutes to get there but I feel it is a small price to pay for the peace of mind I receive. I have a family of 7 and we have purchased 36 cars from this dealership, so I have certainly put my money where my mouth is. It seems that my loyalty has been passed on to my 2 sons, now adults, because they have both purchased cars there in the past few months. Simply put--------"If they don't have it-----------I don't buy it." More
