I was actually traveling from Memphis to D. C. and my check engine light illuminated about 30 miles west of Dickson. Little did I know I would come in contact with Heidi "a ray of sunshine." Chic-fil-a friendly, Chic-fil-a customer service. From the start of the ticket to the finish and in-between she kept me informed, made me feel important. I am still in awe with the quick service, from the drive up, the diagnosis, the repair and then driving off, it was just under 5 hrs. Again, I like to thank Heidi for an outstanding first experience with Reisleman Ford. Heidi is competent, knowledgeable and friendly and a strong asset to Reisleman Ford service department. I must also add there was an overall positive, relaxed and professional vibe around that dealership. P.S. I happen to notice something when I went to pass a message to Heidi. There was a line of guys specifically waiting for Heidi. That's when I really knew I was in good hands. More
