Ken Godwin was our salesman this time, as he has been in the past, and will be in future should we buy at Reiselman and Ken is salesman. My husband, Arnoth Wayne, retired from Ford Glass Plant in Nashvi the past, and will be in future should we buy at Reiselman and Ken is salesman. My husband, Arnoth Wayne, retired from Ford Glass Plant in Nashville and we have always driven a Ford. I appreciate their employee benefits when purchasing. Also, Reiselman Ford is 1/4 mile from my home. I want to thank the team at Reiselman for making my purchase experience a good one for an 84 year old lady, but with Ken as my salesman, how could I go wrong. More

Scheduled a full synthetic MotorCraft 5W-20 oil change on my 2019 Bullitt Mustang 3 days in advance. Show up and was asked is that what the manufacturer recommends (of course it is). A short time later, I’m my 2019 Bullitt Mustang 3 days in advance. Show up and was asked is that what the manufacturer recommends (of course it is). A short time later, I’m at the Parts counter inquiring about an air filter and told my oil was on the way. At that moment, another man puts down 2-5Q O’Reilly’s jugs of 5W-20 full synthetic on the counter. I asked if that oil was intended for my car? He replied yes, we’re out of MotorCraft. I walked to the garage to leave with my car but the oil was already drained. He tells me he’ll order the correct oil from Advanced Auto, and I called Advance Auto to confirm. A short time later I’m being told they can’t get the oil but they have an approved alternative MotorCraft in stock, 0W-20. At this point I have no choice and why would they even consider ordering a non-approved oil; which takes back to the question I was asked initially “is that what the manufacturer recommends”. Then I was told that because of the bad experience they’d cover my next oil change! How about addressing your lack of service right now! Let me not remind you that you had to drain my oil last time because you didn’t use full synthetic! Driver Beware. That was the last time. More

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment and went out of my way to be on time which I was. They took my truck and said it wouldn't take long to simply do an dealership. I made an appointment and went out of my way to be on time which I was. They took my truck and said it wouldn't take long to simply do an oil change and filter. After waiting in the waiting area for about 25 minutes, I decided to see how close they were to completing the service. When I walked into the 6 bay shop there was only 1 man there and he knew nothing about my truck. I found my truck in the parking lot unlocked with valuble items in it. My truck had not even been touched. When I drove off I decided to call a manager to complain and instead of apologizing to me he ended up getting nasty. I will never go back and warn everybody else to do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
