Was at two other dealers before coming to hawk. They had my brand new Chevy truck for weeks and could not fix it. Tom in service took care of me and not only found the problem but had it fixed in a couple o my brand new Chevy truck for weeks and could not fix it. Tom in service took care of me and not only found the problem but had it fixed in a couple of days. He did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. More

Very disappointed in service done on my vehicle!!! Paid over 3k for the repairs only to get more computer module errors, which I returned back to service and was told were looking at around 7k in repairs n over 3k for the repairs only to get more computer module errors, which I returned back to service and was told were looking at around 7k in repairs needed.... when the first service visit was complete I was assured by Tom the vehicle wouldn’t have any more module errors... but now 7k more??? Horrible just horrible not horrible o mention took a month and a half to figure out new problems More
