Recall fixes I took my truck in for a recall, little did I know there was actually 2 recalls on my vehicle. I was told about the second recall in detail. Both wer I took my truck in for a recall, little did I know there was actually 2 recalls on my vehicle. I was told about the second recall in detail. Both were fixed, much faster than expected. Tom the man who helped me was very polite and informative. I appreciated the hard work and receiving my truck back in a timely manner. More

Good Service But No Loaners Everytime I have taken my vehicle in for service I have requested a loaner but they never have them. Now mind you I purchased my vehicle at this deale Everytime I have taken my vehicle in for service I have requested a loaner but they never have them. Now mind you I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and also had recalls that needed to be done but no loaner. I also asked about rentals but they dont have them either, you must go down the block to enterprise. Very inconvenient. I have worked with dealerships that go above and beyond for their customers but this isn't one of them. More
