I asked the lady t A little over a year ago, I made an appointment for service. I knew I was getting close to the expiration of my “free” oil changes. I asked the lady to double check to make sure I was within the time frame. She assured me I was. When I arrived at the dealer, I was told that I missed it by 3 days. I got in my car and left for another dealer. As I was leaving the serviceman told me I would not find the service at the same or better price. I did! The dealer sent me a birthday card with a coupon worth $20.00 off on service work. They refused to accept the coupon. This dealership screwed me twice! They will not have a chance to do it a third time. I will never return to their dealership for service or a new vehicle. More
