Tom was easily the best car salesman I’ll ever have in my life. Super knowledgeable, nice, and a genuinely cool guy. I called in the morning and gave him my price range and when I went in a few hours later, life. Super knowledgeable, nice, and a genuinely cool guy. I called in the morning and gave him my price range and when I went in a few hours later, he had 3 cars picked out for me all in my range. When I told him I was going to 2 other dealers, he gave me absolutely no pressure and didnt call me 1000 times like all other dealers. At the end of the day I got a very nice 2019 mercedes with 30k miles for only 500 /mo which i wasnt thinking was possible. This guy is a beast! More

I am so grateful for Tom at certified B&B. I needed to upgrade my old Mercedes into a newer, safer car, especially now that I have a young daughter in the back seat. In this case the car sold itself as I knew what I wanted, but nonetheless he was awesome. Tom went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns. We had a nice chat about BMWs and he even gave me a tour of all 3 floors of inventory, I was very impressed. He is so personable. I put him through the wringer with negotiations and he never broke his smile/cheerful nature. This is my second used BMW purchase at Certified Benz and Beemer and I don't trust any other dealership.
