Service department is always great. Scheduled me and got me an appointment very quickly. Actually came to my house to handle the recall issue. Unfortunately, when the service tech got here, we found out that Ford had handled it through some type of remote update on their own and didn’t tell anyone. The service tech was super nice and had a great attitude! Especially since it was a wasted trip for him. Would definitely use the remote service again if possible for anything. I was able to continue working and didn’t have to waste time taking my vehicle in, waiting for it and then driving home. Great service staff! More
