The salesman was fine nice young man. The rest of the staff from finance are complete xxxxxxxx. No loyalty, veterans, or first responder discounts. Spent the entire time trying to screw me over. Car list staff from finance are complete xxxxxxxx. No loyalty, veterans, or first responder discounts. Spent the entire time trying to screw me over. Car listed at 24900 I say I’ll put $3k down. Final price 24912. I said I would only pay listed price and not the fees. Also Black Friday sale was purchase a car get a $500 Amazon card. We wouldn’t pay the made up fees so we didn’t qualify fir the Black Friday gift. To top it off they spent so much time trying to get over on me they filled the title paperwork out all wrong. Will never do business with any Napleton dealerships. Horrible customer service. More

I traveled an hour and a half to Ed Napleton Honda for what was an amazing deal on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. However, upon arrival, I discovered multiple issues with the vehicle that should have been addre what was an amazing deal on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. However, upon arrival, I discovered multiple issues with the vehicle that should have been addressed already in the multiple phone calls I had participated in. The listing price for the vehicle on their very own website was $7,799, however the first thing that was said to me was, "that is just the price we use to get people here, that is not the actual price." Then I realized I was lied to again when the General Manager came out and told me that they no longer even owned the car, and that I would have to pay $9,200 if I wanted it. Ed Napleton Honda has extremely poor communication both internally amongst their employees and externally to their customers. I do not recommend them at all. More

BUY ELSEWHAERE. BAIT AND SWTICH! Terrible Sales Process. Slow! I came in with my daughter to look at and drive a specific car. We decided we wanted the car that the internet said had a "Final Price" of $ Slow! I came in with my daughter to look at and drive a specific car. We decided we wanted the car that the internet said had a "Final Price" of $6100. I told them I was a cash customer. They then added $900 in dealer work to the price and another $199 to the price. Shady dealer and tactics. Once the Sales manager knew I was a cash customer and didn't want all of the add ons they treated me like a 2nd class sale. 3 f'ing hours. Then they sent the poor sales guy over to do all of the paperwork. I am not done with them... they didn't even give me the title. ALL SAID AND DONE I PAID $100 OVER THE FINAL PRICE. More

Brandon Mers was a VERY awesome salesperson! He found me the car I wanted and even had the GM Tom go get it for me from another dealer just to make me happy and earn my business here.
