Stay away from this dealer. They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. When you question it and say you won’t pay they call back and say they “looked at it w They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. Great vehicle - Honda Passport. Worse paperwork experience ever! Charged $500 for document/paperwork fee, and 3 weeks later still waiting on ANY paperwork!!! No paperwork received the day of sale - no bill of sale, registration, truth in lending, etc., etc.!!! Also, as one person commented previously, they add stuff that is NOT on the sticker price and refuse to remove it! We have walked away in the past for things such as this, and really wish we had walked away this time! This is pretty "sleazy tactics" as the previous commenter said. Watch out for this dealership - I feel we got taken for a "ride" now, and I don't mean a test drive! Sales person was great, however! Have contacted the dealer for paperwork to no avail! You can do better than this. Have absolutely NO proof of ownership at this time - where are our copies of what we signed??? Never have had issues like this from previous dealerships. More
