Stay away from this dealer. They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. When you question it and say you won’t pay they call back and say they “looked at it w They don’t know how to follow the service contracts they have. When you question it and say you won’t pay they call back and say they “looked at it wrong the first time and it is actually covered under the service contract.” Give a quick search on the lawsuits the company is facing/lost before you deal with them l. Their finance guy told me told me to lie to neighbors credit union to say I was referred by someone I knew. I wasn’t and was told to say I was referred by a name the finance person gave me. More

Great vehicle - Honda Passport. Worse paperwork experience ever! Charged $500 for document/paperwork fee, and 3 weeks later still waiting on ANY paperwork!!! No paperwork received t Worse paperwork experience ever! Charged $500 for document/paperwork fee, and 3 weeks later still waiting on ANY paperwork!!! No paperwork received the day of sale - no bill of sale, registration, truth in lending, etc., etc.!!! Also, as one person commented previously, they add stuff that is NOT on the sticker price and refuse to remove it! We have walked away in the past for things such as this, and really wish we had walked away this time! This is pretty "sleazy tactics" as the previous commenter said. Watch out for this dealership - I feel we got taken for a "ride" now, and I don't mean a test drive! Sales person was great, however! Have contacted the dealer for paperwork to no avail! You can do better than this. Have absolutely NO proof of ownership at this time - where are our copies of what we signed??? Never have had issues like this from previous dealerships. More

We had a problem with new vehicle and Brian and team were right on it. GM Tom worked with us to resolve our concerns and get into a new replacement vehicle.
