Went through TrueCar to receive pricing. Napleton sent an offer on the vehicle. I was happy with the price provided and wanted to purchase it. I emailed several times and no one replied in over a day during offer on the vehicle. I was happy with the price provided and wanted to purchase it. I emailed several times and no one replied in over a day during the week. I ended up calling only to find out there would be an additional $3,000+ in dealer fees (not taxes, titles…). I felt as though it was a very shady process, so I bought a car elsewhere much lower than what Napleton wanted with the $3,000 added in. More

Time after time Napleton has provided a good price over the phone/email, but when you get to their dealership suddenly everything changes.
