After Searching for more than a month for a minivan, I stumbled across an Autotrader Ad for a Used 2007 Nissan Quest @ Coastal Nissan. While the Miles were High, the price was right and it was Equipped pe stumbled across an Autotrader Ad for a Used 2007 Nissan Quest @ Coastal Nissan. While the Miles were High, the price was right and it was Equipped perfectly. I met our Sales person Tommy D who knew everything there was to know about this particular quest. He was very patient in dealing with Myself, my wife and 2 children who had had enough driving around from dealership to dealership. I ended up purchasing the Quest From Tommy @ Coastal Nissan and I absolutely love the van. I would recommend Coastal, and especially Tommy to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan. More

Found Tom DiPesa & Coastal comfortable & not intimidating. Hate going to dealerships and would have walked if greeted with a too aggressive sales person. That's annoying. A car is a big purchase and he listened to my needs, found a vehicle & delivered it to my house. He worked with my budget, my choice of color...and was low-key!!! I was expecting a bad experience but just the opposite. Would gladly recommend both Coastal Nissan and Tom DiPesa to my friends. More

We were looking around for a car for my daughter. We stopped into Coastal and met Tom. It was so refreshing to meet a professional salesmen and gentlemen like Tom. He took the time to explain everything to us about Nissan and the dealership. Toms approach seems to be more consultant then pressure price driven sales we had experienced at other dealers. My Sales rep, Tommy Dipesa was great again. 3rd car I have leased from him. He takes care of everything. The convenience alone is worth going through Tommy and Coastal Missan. Financing with Sean Calli have leased from him. He takes care of everything. The convenience alone is worth going through Tommy and Coastal Missan. Financing with Sean Callis was also an easy experience. I have worked with Sean before, He walks you through the tons of paper work puts it all together and hands it back over to Tommy. When the car was ready, Tommy helped me out again and devlivered it to my house and took my old car back. Can't ask for better service. Thanks again making my new car experience a breaze. Love my new car! More

I had such a wonderful experience at Coastal Nissan leasing my 2011 Nissan Rogue this month. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by a genuinely sincere and knowledgeable salesman wh leasing my 2011 Nissan Rogue this month. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by a genuinely sincere and knowledgeable salesman who was able to answer all my questions and help me find the right vehicle for me. From that point on the service was exceptional in terms of how quickly they located the vehicle with all my many specifications, how fair the price was and how the Finance Manager was able to get me additional items for the car I.e. Simonize, remote starter and tire warranty all at a price I was happy with. The delivery of my car to my work was another added bonus and allowed me not to miss a day of work. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, specifically Steve Delaney and Tom DiPesa, to a friend or family member who is in the market not only for a great car but also an awesome experience! More

Tom was very professional and informative. He was not pushy yet he asked for the sale. We test drove the vehicle and he explained all of the options. The car was ready as promised on pickup. I have purchased 3 cars from Coastal Nissan. The employees are friendly & informative & the pricing has been great. The best part is the way I was treated with respect & honesty. This is the second car I've bought from Coastal, and both experiences have been very easy. I have dealt with Tommy both times, and on both occasions he has come through for me. I had done my research and found a couple of nice 2008 used Altimas that Coastal Nissan were offering at a competitive rate - particularly an Altima SL 2008, certified with low mileage for a competitive p used Altimas that Coastal Nissan were offering at a competitive rate - particularly an Altima SL 2008, certified with low mileage for a competitive price, though this was not my first choice (as the one I was thinking was more in my budget had sold previous to me making it to the dealership - missed it by a day). I had shown up to the dealership around 4:30 to look around. When the sales rep I had communicated with briefly online was not available, Tom DiPesa made himself available to answer any questions I had, as well as to make sure I was buying the right vehicle for me. Being a larger guy, he knew that the Altima was probably the smallest sedan that he'd like to see me in (though I will admit, it was fun trying to fit into a Versa). That wasn't my only hurdle - I have had credit problems in the past as well, but I have worked hard over the last few years and have corrected myself enough to be able to qualify for decent financing offers. Given my relatively strict budget, Tom suggested that he may be able to get me a BETTER deal on a new 2010 Altima S series -- and he was right! He was able to come almost $2000 lower on the brand new S series than he was on the certified SL series, and keep it within my budget. There was a great deal of consideration taken into my options -- while I did my research and knew what I could afford and what I would and wouldn't do in terms of buying new/used/etc, Tom was more than patient with me and again helped me into the perfect car for my situation - even if it kept us there till closing time. Sean, one of the business managers for Coastal, was still there and began my credit applications that evening, but because it was so late had said it would be best if he picked my file up first thing in the morning when he got in. He did, and had good news for me by 10am -- I'd been approved (at a very fair rate for my checkered credit history). By noon time that day (today), my new Altima had been detailed, the paperwork was done, and I was able to drive off the lot with my very first new car. In general, my experience with Coastal Nissan was very low-pressure and overall, very high quality. While I've purchased used cars from other dealerships in the past that had certain gimmicks, Coastal plays it very straight, but is there for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More

The service offered by Tom DiPesa was exceptional. He presented every detail of numerous cars to my wife and I. Tom was very courteous, patient, and professional at all times. Mike Shea, the sales mana presented every detail of numerous cars to my wife and I. Tom was very courteous, patient, and professional at all times. Mike Shea, the sales manager, also did a great job explaining options and pricing. The negotiation with Tom was hassle-free, and conducted in a friendly & relaxed manner. We are very happy with the experience at Coastal Nissan, and will highly recommend family and friends to Tom and this dealership. More
