Despite being told, and checked off, that the transmission fluid had been checked, not 2 days later our car’s transmission overheated while on a family vacation and required us to have the transm transmission fluid had been checked, not 2 days later our car’s transmission overheated while on a family vacation and required us to have the transmission flushed because the fluid was completely degraded and there was a leak of the fluid as well. So much for checking things. We will be in next week to talk to people and get to the bottom of this. More

Very helpful and kind service! I thought I might have a bigger problem for a noise from the car, but it turned out to be a loose cover on the bottom of the car and they fixed it wi I thought I might have a bigger problem for a noise from the car, but it turned out to be a loose cover on the bottom of the car and they fixed it without even charging. They also checked the tires and anything else that could make noise. Very grateful for the help! More

Service started great until it came time to pick up my car. I presented a coupon which I was informed at the beginning would be honored after which it was not for a disappointing reason. I was given an es car. I presented a coupon which I was informed at the beginning would be honored after which it was not for a disappointing reason. I was given an estimate which the end work ended up being less and the service representative said that he couldn’t honor the coupon because I had already received a discount !! What ?! Will definitely not be coming back. More
