They tried & they kept in contact with me without any pressure or sales pitches. Sincere questions on how much search was going & honest answers to the issues I kept running into. Tom Ferrier was great in responding to me & providing me great insight & information. Even though I did not purchase from here, I might in the near future or if I what to trade up for something better. I will always keep my eye on what they have in stock. I was not the easiest customer to deal with, as most sales reps are trained to just try and get you in the store. Tom and the staff at C. Wimberley Ford were more concerned with finding me the vehicle I wanted & the right one for me. I was handling all communications via email, which I understand makes things a bit more of a challenge, but Tom did it with grace. I would recommend & feel confident with buying a quality vehicle here. Even though, I didn't... or at least haven't, yet. More

Very nice people, and very acomodating and quick to get the job done! They even found an issue with the truck (tailgate latch needed replaced) and had the part ORDERED before we even got there to get the t the job done!
