My buying experience with Parks Lincoln of Tampa was probably the best I have had in the over 50 years that I have been driving/buying cars. Tom Hunter was outstanding in every respect; knowledgeable, very thorough in answering questions and explaining all features of the MKZ. He worked with Marco Persach(who was also outstanding) in providing an excellent quote and helping me understand the benefits of leasing versus cash purchase, (They gave me very good quotes both ways). Tom really went beyond expectations in actually coming to my home to set up the phone blue tooth and the garage door opener for the car, following my purchase. He also spent additional time giving my wife a comprehensive tutorial on all of the MKZ' features. Over the years we have purchased numerous Buicks and recently, Toyotas, but this Lincoln MKZ is really excellent and the dealership is outstanding. We really feel comfortable with this purchase. Previously, I had visited another Lincoln dealership and the experience was not very good, so I am even more impressed with Parks Lincoln and Tom Hunter and Marco Persach. When my lease on the Toyota expires I will definitely consider another Lincoln from Parks Motors. Bruce Slaughter More

Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience for us dealing with high pressured sales associates. However, dealing with Tom Hunter was a pleasure. Tom listened to our needs and worked to accommoda us dealing with high pressured sales associates. However, dealing with Tom Hunter was a pleasure. Tom listened to our needs and worked to accommodate our crazy schedules. He answered my many questions and took the time to explain and demonstrate the technology available in the 2013 MKZs. This was very helpful. My husband purchased an MKZ and four weeks later, I did as well. Joe, I don't recall his last name, the financial man, was also very friendly and courteous, worked diligently to find us an excellent interest rate. Having never dealt with Park Lincoln before, we were very pleased. Thank you Tom and Joe. More
