2nd buying experience from Spreen Honda. I would rate it a 9/10. There wasn't a "Wow" factor, but overall was a pleasant experience. The second time around when we purchased the Jeep it was better but not where it should be in my overall experience with general hospitality. Just my advice :) More

This is the 3rd and 4th car we've bought from Tom Mac. You can't ask more from a car sales agent. We came in with 2 trade-ins with expiring leases, thought we might want to keep one. Tom, Jose in Finance, You can't ask more from a car sales agent. We came in with 2 trade-ins with expiring leases, thought we might want to keep one. Tom, Jose in Finance, and whoever worked with them in the glass office on the showroom floor, all went above and beyond to clearly explain our options and the different scenarios. These guys are all excellent ambassadors for Honda in general, and for Spreen in particular. You lost one star because we feel strongly that both our trade-ins were undervalued by the appraiser or whoever manipulated the figures to make the sale. Like, a total of $8,000 or more for the two. We didn't argue about it, but that took a little wind out of our sails. We bought two cars though, so I guess you don't mind. More
