I have been in the auto business since 1983. I started out in the service department then moved to sales in 1995. I would love to offer any help to you with my 3 decades of auto experience. I am married to my awesome wife Michele, have two children and three grandchildren and one very spoiled Golden Doodle named Tanner. In my spare time I like to spend time running 5ks or riding my bike around Madison. We own a Condo in Smith's Crossing in Sun Prairie.

Extremely Impressed We were not wanting to buy a new used car but our car was totaled in a car accident. So we searched the state for cars using "car guru.Com" that met our criteria. Zimbrick Auto came up. We like the looks of the Avalon and decided to check the car out. We were extremely impressed with the customer service we received from Tom M, the salesman. Honestly this has been the best car shopping experience we have ever had. We told a couple of our friends where we were looking and they too said it was a great place...Even our mechanic has heard great things. So we felt that we were in great hands. Interestingly we did not buy the original car we looked at but a Nissan Maxima instead and just love it. Ross in the service department was excellent to work with. Quincy, Tom's manager, was fair and honest with the price of the car and Casey in finance was very kind and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no high pressure at all. We have already decided that when we are ready to buy our next vehicle we will go back to Zimbrick and will work with Tom. We also will be telling many others of our very positive experience and would highly recommend them. It was worth the hour plus drive. More
