When I call to talk to the service department about when they can get me in they never call me back. I have been dealing with this for a while now and with a sick kid who is in the hospital ever other week they can get me in they never call me back. I have been dealing with this for a while now and with a sick kid who is in the hospital ever other week i never know when my car is going to work. and in a few weeks i will be have to travel out of state and i dont trust my car so i will have to rent a car bc I am still waiting on my car to get fixed from warrenty. I will not be planning on buying my next car with dave kirk or the ford dealership as well. More
