We are the type of people who like to take our time with buying anything and we do a lot of research, and we knew as soon as we saw (and drove) this car that this was the car we had been searching for (we had been looking at Explorers in our search so we had already done extensive research on them). Tom knew about specific features on the car that we didn't know about and was able to point them out to us and show us how they work. The buyin I bought a slightly used Ford Fusion Titanium in 2014 from Tom Phillips and from the time I purchased it I have been totally taken care of. The buying experience was pleasant, not pressured at all which was a great relief and after I purchased the car Mr. Phillips took all the time I needed to help me get familiar with the car. He also encouraged me to stop by anytime if I had any other questions or concerns. I actually live about 75 miles away but still take my car back for its oil changes and checkups. I have had a few questions, this latest being about how my phone and the car were not working together, and Mr. Phillips has never made me feel inadequate for asking them and has always given me the help that I needed.
