This is the first time that I have had a vehicle (Ford F350 Lariat) built from the factory based on my very specific equipment and options list. Tom Phillips made the experience straightforward and simple, and the rest of the personnel there, from the financing person to the manager, were all friendly and professional. Tom kept me informed throughout the process and the truck was delivered earlier than expected with the exact options I ordered. It was freshly cleaned and detailed and full of fuel when I picked it up, and Tom spent quite a bit of time going over the plethora of options, buttons, dials, gauges, and settings that a high technology truck has these days. overall, it was a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend them as a strong contender when considering a vehicle purchase.
