New car Purchase I was in the market to purchase an additional vehicle. I filled out an on-line search and very shortly after was in contact with Tom Phillips at two R I was in the market to purchase an additional vehicle. I filled out an on-line search and very shortly after was in contact with Tom Phillips at two Rivers Ford. He made it very easy and walked me through the steps while he searched for the vehicle I wanted. I filled out the online financing application and was notified within the hour of approval. I arrived at the dealership that same afternoon and Tom had the vehicle there ready and waiting for my test drive. The staff from the front desk receptionist, sales staff, manager, and crew in the back that serviced the vehicle were all attentive, thorough and expedient. They get the job done and will go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied. More

We went in looking at the 2014 Edge- not planning to buy this car but were open about it. My husband was looking at a newer focus- this we knew we wanted. We told Tom our budget and what we could do. Tom wasn't pushy but was able to get us in both cars. I enjoy going to Two Rivers Ford for all my service needs and when I want to buy a car. More

Tom Phillips UNREAL !! I was in retail for years and know how some sales people can be. This man was more than just a sales person. Very personable and very unique. Never on I was in retail for years and know how some sales people can be. This man was more than just a sales person. Very personable and very unique. Never once did he give my wife and I any false information. He went around the entire lot looking at everything we wanted to look at and walked back and forth to office to get keys and never lacked stride even though his associates would talk about his short size. The whole event from looking at the vehicles to the last part of signing the contracts was a very nice experience. My wife and I had bought another car earlier this year in another location which was a lot closer to our home 21mi. where as this around 70mi. The car we purchased from the other dealer (2013 Edge) Is great but spending 8 hrs. in the lot was about 5-6hrs. too much. Plus we found out alot of the people didn"t know what they were talking about. The event wasn't nice at all. Plus the run around we got unreal and very unprofessional. Excellent Experience Shopping for and/or purchasing a new vehicle is rarely a pleasant experience. Salesmen all to often ruin what should be an exciting time of acquiring Shopping for and/or purchasing a new vehicle is rarely a pleasant experience. Salesmen all to often ruin what should be an exciting time of acquiring a new vehicle. In fact, I have often done most of my research online and been to the dealership while it is closed to look at the vehicle in person before ever making contact with a salesman. Tom Phillips at Two Rivers Ford broke that stereotype for my wife and I. My wife and I had been looking for a Flex to replace her aging Mountaineer off and on for around a year, and our experience with other dealers had been overwhelmingly negative. I found a Flex with the options she wanted at Two Rivers Ford online and we decided to check it out. Upon our arrival, we were met in the parking lot by Mr. Phillips and I prepared for my usual "we're just looking, leave us in peace" speech. However, Mr. Phillips wasn't overbearing. He asked what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction. We found the one I had seen online and Mr. Phillips offered to get the keys. He was never pushy, and unlike other dealerships we were given ample time to talk things over in private. Although Two River's Ford is further away than two other dealerships from our home, we will continue to make the longer drive to work with them on our future vehicle purchases. Mr. Phillips is responsible for creating Two Rivers Ford customers for life. More
