He not only made the impossible possible but also gave me an excellent service in getting the car I was looking for, getting the financing worked out and explaining the features of the car. Great service far better than what we experienced for my wife's car from another make/dealership. My wife and I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape earlier this month. The price was fair an equitable for both parties, and Tom went above and beyond to see that every concern we had was addressed. He was knowledgeable about his inventory, and made sure to follow through on every promise made.
