The experience was unlike any other experience I've ever had purchasing a car before. The car was nicer than described online and priced way more competitively than similar cars I had looked at. Tom Sr., Tom Jr. & Michael were trustworthy, laid back, informative, professional and genuinely interested in providing me with a unique experience. The process was very relaxed & enjoyable and I got the exact car & color I was looking for at a very fair price. Also, if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they will find you what you want. From this point forward, I will never buy another used car from anyone else. From my very first phone call with Tommy, and throughout the many phone calls that followed, I received the BEST customer service. And I hadn't even read the reviews yet! Tommy's prompt replies, easygoing style, and helpful attitude make him--and this dealership--the real deal. Tommy was patient throughout our car-buying process, and never ever pushy. He was so nice that we really, really hoped our car purchase would work out with Worthington. After seeing the car in person and meeting Tommy, we were very glad it did.
