I was absolutely pushed into a deal with a vehicle that was too expensive and not what I needed nor was looking for! I explained the next day to the salesman if I could have my 2016 4Runner back and give them back this 2025 4run er because I had misunderstood and had been mislead the figures of the final cost of the deal i thought we had made but was told no. It saddens me that us elderly people are treated this way! More

Three days to complete not bad returned to dealership with rental greeted at service stated would bring vehicle around. Asked if they would go over and told yes but the serviceman looked at me when asked he said you have new engine a brand new engine. Well I wanted to know oil change mileage following new engine were air filters replaced just some explanation of moving forward following this service. I guess my expectations must be too much. Second time with less than expected customer service at Victory Toyota. Repairs and oil changes have been done well by mechanics just lacking service at check-in. Trying to work with local Toyota for services and new vehicles but not same service I get from Byers Subaru in Columbus or Zanesville Toyota. On second note tried to buy RAV4 last week and lack of inventory. Had to purchase elsewhere liked Ton in sales. More
